DMK Enzyme Therapy uses a process called reverse osmosis. The enzyme mask is applied and left to set for approximately 45 minutes. During this time, fluids are forced through the cell wall membrane, flushing out impurities and cellular waste from the surrounding matrix.

Removal and Aftercare

Avoid direct sun exposure and tanning beds for 48 hours prior
Discontinue retinoids, exfoliating acids, or harsh active products 48 hours before
Arrive with clean skin, free from makeup where possible
Advise your therapist of any recent treatments, medications, or skin changes
Ensure Isotretinoin use has ceased for at least six months prior

After Your Treatment

Avoid makeup for at least 24 hours following your session
Wear broad spectrum SPF 30 or higher sunscreen whenever outdoors
Use only the gentle, oil free products recommended by your therapist
Avoid strong exfoliants, retinol, and acids for three to five days
Mild peeling or dryness is normal and indicates healthy cell turnover
Stay hydrated and avoid saunas, steam rooms, and intense exercise for 24 hours

However, it may not be suitable for those with open wounds, active skin infections, severe sunburn, or those currently using Isotretinoin (or within six months of discontinuing). Your therapist will assess suitability during your consultation.
